THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of Theodesia Broughton of Hatton Garden in the County of Middlesex Spinster

I give and Devise all my reall and personall Estate goods ready money plate jewells and stocke in the Publick Companies and alll other my reall and personall Estates in England and Jamaica or Elsewhere unto William Winde of Grosvenor Buildings Esq. Exton Sayer Doctor of Lawe and Charles Bayliffe of the Chancery Office Gentleman their heirs Executors and Administrators

In trust nevertheless for the sole and seperate use of my sister Mrs Mary Strudwick wherewith her husband shall nott any waise intermeddle but be att the sole disposition of my said sister and to be paid transferred and disposed as she my said sister shall from time to time direct lymitt or appoint

And the receipts or directions of my said sister alone to my said trustees or any or either of them shall be sufficient discharge for my said trustees for what they any or either of them shall act or doe as the trustees

And I make the said William winde Exton Sayer and Charles bayliffe my whole and sole executors

And I give to them severally the sums of one hundred pounds each for their trouble in the execution of the said trust and over and above their charges and expenses relating thereto which are to be allowed them out out of my Estate

In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale and published and declared this to be my last will and testament this 16th Day of June 1730 Theodesia Broughton.
