To my brother William Strudwick forty pounds and to his daughter Sarah Strudwick sixty pounds;
to my cousins Henry Smart and John Smart and to my kinswoman Ann Hampshire wife of John Hampshire of Rudgwick, Sussex, husbandman, Mary Hawkins of Wisborough Green, Sussex, widow, Sarah Upchurch wife of John Upchurch of Wisborough Green, Sussex, cordwainer and to my kinsman John Marner son of Nicholas Marner of Steyning, Sussex, blacksmith ten pounds each;
to my brother Thomas Strudwick all my leasehold tenements in Chiddingfold in his occupation for life and then to his wife Mary Strudwick for life and then to my kinswoman Sarah Strudwick daughter of my brother William Strudwick;
residue to my brother Thomas Strudwick, Executor
