This is the last will and testament of me George Lucas Strudwick of Harleyford Street Remmington in the county Surrey Esq

I desire to be decently and privately buried which I leave that the discretion of my executrix hereinafter named and I do hereby appoint my daughter or reputed daughter Maria Craddock Strudwick now residing with me the sole executrix of this my last will and testament

and under or by virtue of a certain deed of appointment and demise bearing date the 22nd day of July 1811 and made between Leonard Dell therein described of the one part and John Sawbuck Gregory of Bedford Row in the county of Middlesex gentleman John Coleman of Lower Brook Street Grosvenor Square in the said county of Middlesex Stationer and Valentine Saveow in St. John Street West Smithfield druggist on the other part

and the certain other indenture of even date therewith and made between my brother Edmund Strudwick of the first part Eliza Maria Strudwick his daughter of the second and I the said George Lucas Strudwick and Charles Cockney Castle Street Holborn London gentleman of the third part the sum of 1000 lbs. is made payable to my executors or administrators subject to certain events within 12 calendar months next after my decease together with the interest for the same after the rate at 5 pounds percent per annum

now I do here by this my last will and testament to give and bequeath the said 1000 pounds. and all interest due and payable in respect thereof and also all and singular my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever that I shall be possessed of unto my said daughter or reputed daughter Maria Craddock Strudwick her executors and administrators or assigned to and for her and their own absolute use and benefit

and lastly I do here by revoke all former wills by me made in witness whereof I the said George Lucas Strudwick have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this 29th day of March in the year of our lord 1830 GES Strudwick

proved London on the 18th of February 1842 before the worshipful Thomas Blade Doctor of laws and surrogate by the oath of Maria Craddock Strudwick spinster the sole executrix to whom administration was granted having been first sworn duly to administer
