This is the last will and testament of me William Strudwick of Horsham in the County of Sussex
I give and bequeath all my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my sons William Strudwick and Henry Strudwick their executors and administrators Upon trust that they or the survivor of them his executors or administrators shall and do with all convenient speed after my decease sell and dispose of my household furniture and effects and collect get in and receive all sum or summs of money then due and owing to me and shall and do stand possessed of the monies to arise or be received by the means aforesaid and of all other monies which may come to their hands by virtue of this my will in trust in the first place to pay and discharge all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses
And after full payment and satisfaction thereof in trust to pay one equal fifth part or share of the residue of my estate and effects unto and equally between William Strudwick and Eliza Strudwick the children of my late son James Strudwick when and as they shall respectively attain the age of twenty one years And the interest in the meantime to accumulate for their respective benefit
And in case either of them my said Grandchildren shall die under that age the survivor shall have the whole
And in case both of them shall die under that age then I give their said share of my estate and effects unto and equally between my children William Strudwick Henry Strudwick George Strudwick and Sarah Davis or such of them as shall be then living and the issue of any of them who may be then dead and have left issue share and share alike such issue respectively being to take and receive (if more than one equally amongst them) such part or parts thereof only as his her or their parent or respective parents would have been entitled to if living when and as they shall respectively attain the age of twenty one years And the interest in the ,meantime to be applied for their respective benefit
And in trust to pay retain and divide the remaining four fifth parts or shares of the residue of my said estate and effects unto and equally between and amongst my said children William Strudwick Henry Strudwick George Strudwick and Sarah Davis or such of them as shall be living as the time of my decease and the issue of any of them who may be then dead and have left issue share and share alike such issue respectively being to take (if more than one equally amongst them) such part or parts thereof only as his her or their parent or respective parents would have been entitled to if living when and as they shall respectively attain the age of twenty one years And the interest in the ,meantime to be applied for their respective benefit
And lastly I appoint my said sons William Strudwick and Henry Strudwick joint executors of this my will and I do declare that it shall be lawfull for them to retain all their necessary expenses in executing the same
And I do revoke all formwe wills by me made
